Our Rates and Policies
The Riverside School House rents for $125 per night (plus tax) for double occupancy.
We charge an additional fee of $10.00 per person, per night.
There is a $50 deposit and we require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your booking in order to refund your deposit.
Pets are considered with prior consent and horses can be boarded as long as prior arrangements have been made.
Breakfast is included in the price of your stay.
We do not accept credit cards. You may pay for your stay with cash or checks.
